Not reliable & inaccurate! Accounts that were long closed by vendors are still open in this app ! How can a score suddenly move to 293 from 800 yet the repayment rate is consistently at M1? This seems to be a cash collection unit rather than prioritizing better accurate reporting. How can a score largely differ from what TransUnion & Creditinfo have?

Your app keeps stopping. your payment methods don't work in the app. a prompt is sent to Mpesa but never gets to show up. It's frustrating. I paid 2200 for clearance certificate. on the app I am being asked to pay 150.00 shillings again. can I get help? Been on this from yesterday and yet to finish.

It's user friendly and efficient, easy access to CRB score and credit report.The interface is clean and simple to navigate,I recommend for anyone who wants to stay in control of their credit and financial standing.
