ten+móvil is a new application to make travelling on the tram and bus easier and more economical in Tenerife.

ten+móvil allows you to buy and validate your ticket, so that now fares and special offers adapt to your travel needs. You can buy your ticket at any time of the day and anywhere….. , and all of this using a completely safe payment method. You’ll even be able to buy tickets for other people by depositing money in their virtual wallet.

This app may be useful for those who are already familiar with the exact costs of each bus type on Tenerife (LL-bus, SC-bus, etc). For those who aren't, it might be better to invest €2 in a prepaid bus card. Unlike the app, the bus card offers discounted fares. Additionally, there's no option to delete your account—although the app displays your correct email address, it then incorrectly claims that the address is wrong.

stay away from this app, better get the physycal card, the app is impossible to renew, keeps asking for verification at the end of each month, customer support is impossible to get a hold of and when you finally do, they tell you there is nothing they can do to speed up the renewal and all you can do is wait. And the wait can be over a week!

It is easier to buy tickets with the bus driver directly. Very complicated to use, difficult to find e.g. the correct line for single ticket, once bought the qr code does not work, the bus driver does not want or cannot help and at central bus stations they tell you that is not their app, nothing to do with them. Loss of money if you buy tickets via the app. Don't use it!
