About this app

Metry.kz is the app of a licensed real estate agency. New builds, flats, houses and commercial property in Astana, Almaty, Aktobe and Taraz: a listings catalogue, a mortgage calculator, reviews of residential complexes and a request to an agent — all in one place.

We sell new builds with no agency fee: you pay the developer the same price you would pay directly.

WHAT THE APP DOES

• Listings catalogue — new builds, flats, houses, commercial property. Photos, floor plans, floor number, area and the address on a map.

• Search, right on the home screen — it looks through the name of the residential complex, the street and the district. Type a street or a complex name and you get every matching property.

• Filters and sorting — price, number of rooms, area, floor, year built, property type. Sort by price or by date.

• Mortgage calculator — work out the monthly payment and the down payment, see what the banks offer and which documents they ask for.

• Reviews and ratings of residential complexes — read what the people already living there say before you go to a viewing.

• Favourites — save the places you like and come back to them later.

• Request to an agent — send it from the app: buy, sell, rent out or rent, flat or commercial. We call you back.

• Novosel — a loyalty card with discounts at partner shops.

CITIES

Astana, Almaty, Aktobe and Taraz. Switch the city in the app header — listings, contacts and phone numbers change with it.

Metry.kz is a licensed real estate agency. We work with both new builds and resale housing and stay with the deal from the first viewing to registration: document checks, mortgage, paperwork.
