The Plano Aces app will bring you even closer to us. With it, you will access information and facilities so that you can better enjoy the benefits of your plan.

It allows you to search for doctors, clinics, hospitals and diagnostic services in your plan's accredited network, finding them on the map and being able to trace the route to the destination and direct it to navigation apps.


You will also be able to check your outstanding payment invoices (for individual plans), request and monitor the status of your refunds and call center telephone numbers.


Additionally, you will be able to access virtual versions of your plan's and your dependents' identification cards, which are very useful in situations where you need to use the plan and do not have the original card with you.
