A session is not a form. It's a ritual. Meu Voto conducts this ritual from beginning to end: the roll call, the floor, the voting, and the published record.

COMPLETE

Roll call, floor access, voting on matters, panel in the plenary, and report. Nothing happens outside the system, nothing is assembled afterward. When the president closes, the session document already exists.

OF THE HOUSE

Each chamber votes according to its own ritual. The approval rule is that which the regulations dictate — simple majority, absolute majority, qualified majority, or the number that the house defines. The floor follows the format of the house: open, by registration, timed per parliamentarian or by bloc. The system adjusts to the regulations, not the other way around.

LIVE

The plenary, the councilor on their cell phone, and the citizen at home see the same session, at the same instant. The vote is cast and the panel lights up. No one needs to rely on the count: the whole chamber is watching.

A LARGE CHAMBER IS NO SPECIAL CASE

The chamber grows and the panel organizes itself—the name of each parliamentarian remains legible from the back of the plenary, whether there are nine seats or many more. When it doesn't fit on one screen, the panel is divided among the screens in the plenary without losing its connection. What doesn't grow is the work of conducting the session.

THE CITY COUNCILOR VOTES ON THEIR CELL PHONE

They confirm their presence, ask for the floor, register, and vote. The voting panel goes with them: they can open the matter, read the summary, and see the annex without losing sight of the buttons.

SECRETITY IS SECRET

In secret voting, the link between person and vote is destroyed during the counting. It doesn't stay hidden—it ceases to exist. Neither the chamber nor we can reconstruct who voted what.

THE RECORD THAT REMAINS

Quorum, speeches, matters, results, and each person's vote, in order, frozen at the end. Publish via link, print, or export. Every action of the session is kept in a history that no one can edit.

THE CITY WATCHES

One link opens the live panel, another opens the session report. No account or registration required — transparency that doesn't depend on someone remembering to publish.

NO PAPER IN THE WAY

The agenda arrives in PDF format, and the system assembles the order of the day. If the house already uses another legislative system, Meu Voto pulls the matters from there and returns the voting results.

BEFORE DOWNLOADING

Meu Voto is contracted by the council. There is no public registration — access is created by the council administration and given to each person.
