Blue East team, please pay some attention to this app and improve it. This app never shows the right ambient temperature of the room. Mute fan speed function be added in which AC is running but almost have no fan sound) The stats sec in your app is a plus point which Kenwood does not provide, but the issue is that mostly it is also not correct, like your room temperature. Please get the app associated with Google Home. Mevris app isn't even listed there in Google Home Apps' devices list. FIX IT

Couldnt find any of my previous data ,tried to change account but that is nearly impossible to do so in it !! Tried adding new appliances but couldnt find them ,only showed 5 ACs .. you continue to prove that orient is unable to create something useful

i m unable to connect my ac with app.this app is pathetic.neither there is expert person to rectify the issues of orient customer nor a video on YouTube is available of recent updates.there are old videos i had called the head office two to three they were saying that we are bug fixing but after update i have same issue i m unable to connect.
