Mexboss is a narrative strategy RPG where every decision shapes your rise through a divided city. Step into the empty seat of a powerful organization, assemble a trusted inner circle, negotiate with rival families, claim valuable districts, and decide what kind of leader the city will follow.

There are no reflex battles and no meaningless choices. Your strongest weapons are judgment, loyalty, influence, and the ability to read the room.

A City That Remembers

Play through 24 handcrafted narrative scenes across two connected story arcs: The Inheritance and The Summit. Every meeting presents difficult choices with visible consequences. Spend gold to secure an advantage, protect your crew to strengthen loyalty, or build enough influence to make rivals reconsider their plans.

Your decisions are recorded in a personal story log, creating a history of the promises you kept, the alliances you tested, and the risks that defined your rule.

Choose Your Origin

Begin as a Street Hustler, Diplomat, or Strategist. Each origin grants a different starting advantage and establishes the kind of boss you were before the city learned your name.

Control the City

Explore a tactical map of six distinct districts. Negotiate control, gather intelligence, and invest your reserves to increase weekly income. Every territory has its own value, tension level, and place within the balance of power.

Will you secure Old Mercado through partnership, bargain for access to Marina Norte, win the confidence of Los Jardines, or take control of Puerto Gris before your rivals do?

Lead Your Inner Circle

Your organization depends on five key lieutenants: a fixer, diplomat, accountant, intelligence specialist, and advocate. Their loyalty reflects the consequences of your leadership. Protect their trust and they will stand with you when negotiations become dangerous.

Build Wealth and Influence

Manage gold reserves, territory income, investments, crew loyalty, and city influence from your empire dashboard. Every resource creates new opportunities, but spending too aggressively can leave important choices out of reach.
