It's hard to get around if you don't have this app. Unless you are confident in asking for rides of the street. My biggest problem with this is app is how difficult it is to put money with my foreign card on my account. Everytime I have to confirm with my bank that I'm paying money, the app reboots itself. I've managed to put money 3 times in the 20 times I've tried to. It's very inconvenient to struggle with putting money. I hope they fix it.

credit card payment works poorly, I charged the app with 20 k mnt but they didn't arrive (but were booked from my card). on a separate occasion I tried to pay a driver with credit card, didn't work and payment page was stuck so I couldn't retry. ended up paying him via transfer to his bank account, and even after he cleared the payment, the app still marked it as unpayed and I could no longer use the app.

You can never get the right pick up location, even landmark cannot be found when typed into the search box. The most frustrating part is, when you cancel, they charge you a fee, even though it was the driver who went to the wrong place and kept waiting there while they charge you MNT250 for every minute waited. Even paying for the so called penalty is a pain in the neck. the payment gateway if you accidentally quit the page you can never get back to it and forever stuck, cannot make payments.
