Ratings and reviews

the app is very slow, sometimes I have to change network before it can even open an app. I also await the fingerprint method as a type of security overall it's great for transactions and savings but Lags in its UI and security methods

You are doing well, Ucee MFB. Please keep up the good work. Meanwhile, I wanna touch on some request to improve UX. Can you make the app execute actions a bit faster? It currently takes a considerable lot of seconds to load a page but that could be made to run faster. This is something your DevOps guys can take a look at for you. Also, the app should automatically lock whenever one leaves it even if the minimizing only takes a fraction of a second; it should lock instantly. Well done guys.

Awesome platform, but they need to do better with the app speed. Been using the platform a while now...and I'm glad to have joined, especially the fixed investment part that has helped me to save more. But the app is always frustrating as per its response time to actions taken. It can be improved. Please work on the fix in the next update. Once that is done, I'd come back here to give the proper star rating. Overall, Ucee make sense.
