Overall: Average experience. Pros: 1) We can view all our funds in single place. 2) Many useful services like SIP, Update Bank, Update Nominee etc. Cons: 1) Sometimes I get wrong transaction status (shows 'in progress' even days after the transaction is success) 2) No customer care contact no. We need to mail them & wait days for days. If anything goes wrong, we can't expect any support. This is a big headache. 2) No transparent timelines specified for their services or addressing complaints.

Extremely bad user experience in the name of security. Firstly it doesn't allow login from both laptop and mobile at the same time. secondly when I finally logged in from mobile I got an error "too many accounts login from this device" but in reality I am logging in first time. These guys should first go through the app experience of Fintech and learn how to design a decent user experience and incorporate those learnings instead of building a third class app

because after i update my account details they rejected the reason was ifc code was not found or not matched or mentioned wrong IFC code. I submitted a bank account statement about how it's possible no mention of IFC code or IFC code wrong. no any customer support option and call support. i tried to many times to change my account number but not changed i tried another app.
