• Service Requests: open and track requests and occurrences, with history, triage, and scheduling of technical visits.

• Reports and Inspections: record diagnosed items by level of urgency, with photo and video evidence.

• Photos and Videos: capture and attach media directly from construction activities.

• Notifications: receive approval alerts, service requests, and updates in real time.

• Access Profiles: manager, operator, and reader, in addition to external access for building managers and clients to monitor their own construction.

• Project-specific dashboard: overview, progress, labor, weather, and media gallery.

The app is a corporate tool and requires an account provided by your company. All data is transmitted in encrypted form.
