About this app

"MFC Taxi AI" is a working taxi driver app from MFC-IT LLC. It includes a waybill, departure and return stamps, QR code verification, vehicle photo recording, and fine verification—all on your phone, eliminating paperwork and calls to the dispatcher.

IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A GOVERNMENT APPLICATION
Developer: MFC-IT LLC (TIN 5032399764), a private commercial organization. The app is not an official app of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate (GIBDD), the Federal Treasury, the Gosuslugi portal, the Ministry of Transport of Russia, or any other government agency. It is not affiliated with them and does not act on their behalf. The letters "MFC" in the app name are part of the developer's corporate name, MFC-IT LLC; the app has no connection to multifunctional centers providing state and municipal services.

WAYBILLS
• Shift feed: open, closed, canceled, and expired waysbills with date filtering
• An open waybill is always pinned to the top — you can see the vehicle, shift period, and status
• Create a waybill for your shift: select a vehicle and start and end times
• Mark departure and return times in one tap; the time is recorded automatically

QR INSPECTION CODE
• QR waybill for presentation to an inspector or dispatcher
• The code opens the "MFC Taxi AI" service page with the waybill details and inspection marks

PRE-TRIP INSPECTIONS
• The completion of the medical and technical inspection is visible on the waybill card
• The waybill opens only after the inspections have been completed — as required by law

VEHICLE PHOTOGRAPHY
• Up to five photos of the vehicle before departure, from the camera or from the gallery
• Photos are saved to the vehicle card Organization funds

FINE REFERENCE CHECK
• Search by vehicle details (STS), driver's license, and the decision number (UIN) entered by the taxi company
• For each decision, the amount, date of issue, department that issued the decision, payment stamp, and the discounted payment amount with the due date are visible.
• Fines cannot be paid in the app: payments are not accepted or processed.

WHERE DOES FINE DATA COME FROM?
The app is not directly connected to government information systems. The information is provided by a third-party commercial service provider that aggregates decision data, and is for reference only: the list may be incomplete, and the payment status may be updated with a delay.

HOW TO GET ACCESS
The driver account is issued by the taxi company; you cannot register in the app yourself. The login is the phone number the dispatcher provided when adding the driver. If the password is forgotten, the dispatcher will reset it.

DATA SECURITY
The connection to the server is secured via HTTPS, and data is stored on servers in Russia. The app does not collect geolocation or advertising identifiers and does not display ads. You can delete your account directly in the app: Profile → Delete Account.
