Ratings and reviews

This is a very disappointing app. Even ordering medicines is unnecessarily difficult. During the ordering process, the app fails to accept valid prescription attachments, making it frustrating for customers. Additionally, there is a lack of communication regarding wallet balances that are close to expiring. The customer care and helpline support are extremely poor and provide little to no assistance when issues arise. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this app.

Very disappointing experience with the corporate wallet. Most medicines are either unavailable or require additional payment. Many products and services also come with extra charges, which defeats the purpose of having a corporate benefit. The wallet expires within a year, making it difficult to fully utilize the balance. Compared to other health and wellness apps, MFine offers limited flexibility, more restrictions, and fewer benefits. Overall, it does not provide good value for corporate users

I had booked a health checkup through MFine under corporate benefits and selected Center Package B, which includes vitamin profile tests. However, the network hospital performed Package A instead, which does not include the vitamin profile.I informed the hospital at the time of sample collection and also immediately informed the MFine point of contact after the sample collection. I was assured that the issue would be checked and resolved on the same day. But the issue is not resolved.
