Ratings and reviews

I'm unable to open this app on my phone. I'm getting "Security check failed. MFine cannot continue because of a security risk on this device. The app will now close. (appIntegrity) EXIT" I checked with 4-5 people, and everyone is getting the same error and is unable to open the app.

Giving 1 star only because it's the lowest option-this app doesn't deserve even that. This is the worst app I have ever used. I have money in my wallet, but I'm unable to order medicines. There is no proper callback request option, and I cannot connect with any customer support agent. The so-called Al chatbot is useless and feels like a joke in the name of Al. It doesn't resolve any issues. My wallet balance is just getting wasted as I'm unable to use it, and there is no way to speak to person

The app is slow with many medicines being out of stock but still shows them so you need to scroll among things you can't order to find the one thing you can do order.Good thing is, they are quite quick on reimbursement whether it is accepting or rejecting. The quick response is the reason I still hold on to hope
