i am a corporate user.i scheduled the appointment and did not recieve any confirmation. then i got the message all slots are full and i need to reschedule. when i tried to reschedule, the app says "payload error". then i put cancellation request,and now i recieved the message that you appointment is confirmed. no one knows whats happening. call support is so poor. no one calls back .

mfine is the worst app. I purchased their highest package which cost 5000 and when I tried to order medicine and other items listed over the platform, the text highlighted "This item is not covered under your wallet". when I connect with their support team, they call me after two days. after explaining my concern they start-- "saying sorry sir", "over policy is not allowing". after that they arrange a call with senior team member. She start saying the same things and cut the call.

worst experience. Technical (sample collectors) is not assigned on time. they assigned the technicians between the scheduled time slots, and there are no way to connect with customer support immediately. This is my first order, but I am fully disappointed. doubt on report.
