I got the wrong product delivered to my address and had to go through the support team to get the proper order delivered. The support team is good. It took a while to get the order replaced due to unfavorable weather here. Overall things that can be improved 1. A return/replace option within the app or website. 2. An option to track the progress of ticket raised. The above-mentioned details are updated via text messages or call, but having the option to view it in the app will improve the ux.

I was just exploring the application for booking a test, within a few minutes later, I was flooded with calls and messages from M Fine customer care. Just opening the application has trigger such a situation. Don't know whether it's a health application or spy application.

They do the test immediately after taking payment but only provide x ray on WhatsApp or email but doctor need it original x ray to check but they don't provide and they deny it..just making money they do not fulfill all the requirements..Will not ever book with them again
