The app does not function properly and deserves a zero rating. It spits out an error when you attempt to look up your loan...even if you type in the correct information.

This app is as big of a joke as the mortgage company is. It doesn't recognize the Information entered exactly as it appears on their own statement. The app does however match the mortgage company and their employees. It's annoying, non-responsive and should disappear.
