App constantly crashes and is regularly "temporarily unavailable," how unprofessional.

App resets to much. Every other time I open the app it seems I have to reenter my user name. And if I set up my pin, next time my app is reset. Caps lock doesnt work, so i keep entering the wrong password. Once in app is great, but accessibility sucks.

This year ive had to delete and load this app no less then 3x. If i call the branch they say its a problem with my phone network. It seems a finger pointing game and im caught in the middle. This app could use work.
