Ratings and reviews

Great when it works, but often doesn't. It actually locks me out after 2 tries (this time it's my phone's UI update that caused a mistake) and I have to physically call the bank (nooooo!) and get things straightened. You also have to constantly update your password, despite having a fingerprint passkey. If I *can* log in, it has everything I need.

I am completely unable to use this app anymore. One day last year it suddenly wouldn't open, it just said error unable to reach server. I've deleted and installed 50 time probably and tried everything suggested with no luck. Tried again today after months and same thing. It is a complete peice of trash for me. If I could rate it a zero I would.
