Functionality of the app is very limited and I often can't see the information I need. The overkill on security/authentication isn't even effective. You're forced to change your password so often that it takes way longer than it should to access your account. Frustrating experience.

I hate the fact that you make me change my password so frequently when I already use a complicated password so I DON'T need to change it as frequently. There's no way anybody's gonna guess what it is, you're gonna need a computer running algorithms to figure out my password. I would like the ability to make sure that I typed my password correctly the first time, because I do have fat fingers. Bottomline: if my account wasn't a joint account, I would be moving it to a credit union.

This app used to be great, but not anymore. It says 'authentication required' every time I try to log in. It no longer accepts fingerprint log in, and frequently crashes. Checking my account balance used to be simple, now it takes forever.
