app still doesn't work I was contacted a few weeks ago by the bank and they were supposed to look into this app but unfortunately, this app is still not working. tried the passcode and fingerprint options . no longer working. or they might work a few times and then stop and make you go through the entire registration process but now it says host service unavailable . I notice the passcode keeps turning itself off. that's one of the issues. why why why arent they fixing this issue????

Following the Oct 2022 update, the app stopped letting me login with my passcode. So I switched to the fingerprint option. It only worked twice, and now I'm getting "Authentication Required" error messages and having to go thru the 2-step verification process every time. That update was supposed to fix bugs but it only made things worse IMO.

App doesn't work on Samsung fold very well. Never allows the fingerprint or face ID to sign in account
