Ratings and reviews

The old app was much more user friendly and offered more details on your accounts, like the running total of your balance after each transaction. You're not able to rearrange which account you'd like to see first so I have to scroll to the bottom to see checking. You have to verify your credentials EVERY SINGLE TIME you log in. What's the point of the finger print verification option? This app is horrible in comparison to the old version. I'm not sure why they always mess up a good thing.

App & online banking COMPLETELY changed after the 'update' (more like a downgrade). Lost tons of capabilities. It's so bad that the ONLY reason i dont change to another bank is that it's such a PITA to revise my direct deposits. Harford Banks app & online banking really sucks! You guys really need to bring back the old platform as this current setup is infuriating not intuitive at all!!

I have had SO much difficulty with this new version. I am unable to get into my account through the mobile app 75% of the time! Please, please fix this mess. Every time this happens, I get locked out and have to call to get it unlocked which is a royal pain. I never had any difficulty with the old version.
