Ratings and reviews

Ineffective, inefficient, clunky, difficult to use. It shows 6 accounts when I log in - 3 that I never need to see - and they weren't on the old app. The checking account I need to reference the most is listed last and there is no way to move it, or remove the accounts I do not need to see. Transferring from one account to another is difficult to find and unclear if you are transferring to and from the right accounts. Searching transactions is difficult. 12/23-worse than before. Log in is trash

The old app was much more user friendly and offered more details on your accounts, like the running total of your balance after each transaction. You're not able to rearrange which account you'd like to see first so I have to scroll to the bottom to see checking. You have to verify your credentials EVERY SINGLE TIME you log in. What's the point of the finger print verification option? This app is horrible in comparison to the old version. I'm not sure why they always mess up a good thing.

App & online banking COMPLETELY changed after the 'update' (more like a downgrade). Lost tons of capabilities. It's so bad that the ONLY reason i dont change to another bank is that it's such a PITA to revise my direct deposits. Harford Banks app & online banking really sucks!
