I cannot open zelle in the app on my android phone, (Moto G 2022) I have to sign into the app on my iPad to use the zelle feature. I'm not sure if my phone is the issue or if the app is the issue. I've tried reinstalling the app on my phone and it makes no difference. I still can't use zelle from my phone. I've used zelle in other banking apps on this phone, so I'm a little confused why this one won't work.

I have to keep reinstalling the app every week.
