So far this app sucks. Locks up all the time, I've had to un-install it multiple times. Not too thrilled with the bank either. Update, 10/26, trying again to see if it's any better yet. 1/14/23 Aggravating as hell, works for a day or two then stops working and displays an error message. Whomever designed this app suck at their job. Most aggravating banking app ever. I think I found a workaround. I stopped using the fingerprint and just use my password. App has worked fine for 3 or 4 wks. now.

Absolutely worst banking app ever...when it works. For the past 2 weeks every time I log in it tells me there is an update needed go to do it and nothing is there. In the past 6 months I have been locked out using the correct password and thumb print and call to fix the issue reps and get snarky responses from reps "that happens when you keep entering the wrong password". Tell me how it's the wrong password when it's my fingerprint and my password is saved???

Worst banking app I have used. Just stops working and has to be reinstalled (usually at the worst possible moment). Never recognizes your device. Lets you use biometrics sometimes, sometimes not. Banking apps really need to be dependable since they are pretty important to most people. This bank has been great, I wish they would get someone to create an app for them that reflects the quality of the bank. I'm considering changing banks just to get a usable interface with my account.
