So far this app sucks. Locks up all the time, I've had to un-install it multiple times. Not too thrilled with the bank either. Update, 10/26, trying again to see if it's any better yet. 1/14/23 Aggravating as hell, works for a day or two then stops working and displays an error message. Whomever designed this app suck at their job. Most aggravating banking app ever. I think I found a workaround. I stopped using the fingerprint and just use my password. App has worked fine for 3 or 4 wks. now.

Worst banking app I have used. Just stops working and has to be reinstalled (usually at the worst possible moment). Never recognizes your device. Lets you use biometrics sometimes, sometimes not. Banking apps really need to be dependable since they are pretty important to most people. This bank has been great, I wish they would get someone to create an app for them that reflects the quality of the bank. I'm considering changing banks just to get a usable interface with my account.

This app is getting on my nerves. I've had to uninstall it and add it back multiple times, because it stops working completely. Even when it does work, it makes me send myself a text over and over, even though I'm using the same device every time and have asked it to always allow. Really frustrating. Wish Heritage wouldn't have merged with these people.
