App has always been a pain to me to navigate, and doesn't have anywhere near the usefulness of other financial institution apps I frequent. Now it's stuck asking for a update that never finishes!

Great Bank caring and always there to help

Unstable - demands update that never loads, even with a fresh install. Can't see pending bill payments. Account management and access setup are unreasonably difficult. Festure names are not intuitive.
