Can't use biometrics to login. I also get a message stating authentication required every time I log in.

I have banked with southern bank since it was originally Bank of Sardis. I worked there 32 years. my mother went to work for them in 1956, later became vice-president and retired on 1993. she also served on the board of board of directors until her death in 2012. my go-to people for help are Sean Conner, Yvonne Tobias and especially Patricia Conner .
