Did this app ever work? This rating is for the app and not the bank. State Bank & Trust is the best Bank I've ever been a member of. Wonderful leadership, wonderful people, and wonderful community. But, having said that bit of truth, this app is worthless! Use the web browser, no problems with it or the two factor authentication process.

I have to continuously put in my user id the answer security question then put my phone number in. If it texts me it already has my number. This is becoming very frustrating. Please address this issue and get a solution for it.
