Update:Two years later..still as bad. The finger print scan login stops working constantly. The only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall the app and I am tired of it. It works for maybe up to a week after reinstalling and I have to repeat the process. I get a message that Authentication Required. I am not sure if every update is causing the problem but would be great if it would get fixed! It happened on my old phone and now my new phone. It has been happening for a while. Very annoying.

Terrible. App is painfully slow and often "temporarily unavailable." It takes DAYS for deposits to get approved. The camera feature is glitchy with my android. No push notifications, only email. No option to see my PW at login to check for typos and wont accept my stored username and PW. This was supposed to save me time and a drive into town but it is faster for me to drive 11 miles one way and get instant deposits than wait on the glacial pace of the app. Needs a major upgrade.

Terrible App This is honestly the hardest to navigate banking app I've ever used. The login and sign process is difficult and impossible. I set up my login with my fingerprint, it never let's me use it. I always have to verify my password with a authentication code sent to my phone number. The app doesn't have the routing number anywhere. The bank statements are hard to decipher. I might switch banks because I hate this online banking.
