Once you're in the app, things tend to work well. However, getting into the app is a massive issue. The app will sometimes crash and need reopened, will often forget your information and have you re-enroll even though it sends you a text before asking for your number, and the biometrics will only work for a few times after reinstalling. These are massive issues that seem to be getting worse. This is actually the reason I've been looking at other banks--I only use mobile banking.

More than half the time I get an error message stating the line is busy or not available π€ WHAT!!!! I have never in ANY of my apps seen or heard this explanation, further more I don't have any issues when opening my other apps. I had to stop using the AUTOMATED SYSTEM also because I could never get info from there either. The response I received through that was To re-enter my info because it wasn't correct. It makes me re-think about banking options.

Pitiful computer software knowledge. Told me my app need to be updated because it was incompatible with server. I pressed update and it has been "loading" for an hour and won't allow to close. Tried using playstore to reinstall and it went directly back to the " loading" screen. I designed banking systems for years and thus is the worst I have seen. From forgetting who you are to saying invalid password
