annoying and painful, weekly seems to forget that i have the device "enrolled" so i re-enroll and go through the nonsense of setting my fingerprint lock back up every time. according to google play, at the writing of this, it hasnt been updated since 2021. i have no doubts that the app is a mess of security issues. guys, please fix this thing.

Absolutely a garbage app! It won't save my username or password ever, I constantly have to keep re-enrolling like I'm new again. It won't let me sign in with my thumb print and says I need authentication every time. Fire whoever is maintaining your app and get someone better. Fix your app please!

Progressively gets worse. Finally get the fingerprint recognition for it to work for maybe a few months. (I made fun of my husband thinking he just wasn't using it correctly for mine to stop working a week later.) This app is seriously the WORST banking app our family uses and we wouldn't be with FFB if our branch wasn't so close to us and we loved those who work there. I give it two stars instead of one for how easy it is on the eyes once you're finally in. Clean, attractive, simple.
