The bank is not the issue. The app needs bug fixes for sure! Late night hours, it almost always doesn't work and gives an error code. The MAIN issue though is that every two or three logins it makes me re-register my phone number. Every few logins it also "forgets" my quick access pin and makes me re-register that. It has just recently gone a step further and now EVERY TIME I log into the app it says it doesn't recognize my device and makes me retrieve an access code via text. It is just a mess.

This app is horribly buggy. I'm constantly having to call and have it reset, as I get locked out every few logins. Not to mention even if you opt in to have it remember your ID, it doesn't. Nor does it remember the pin you set, and so you have to reset the entire app at least 4 times a week. I'm pretty disappointed in the app overall. It's not very user friendly, and the bugs and glitches make use almost impossible.

This app makes you re-enroll every week. How incredibly annoying having to go through putting in credentials, verifying with a text that can take several minutes to arrive, re-adding the same phone number they literally just sent the code to, and then setting up the quick access PIN yet again. You're a national chain of banks. Get this right.
