Constant issues with opening and logging into the app. Now I can't even open it. It tells me to update even though the app is up to date. I have had issues like this since I had an account for this bank 5 to 7 years ago. I constantly have to use the app because I move money around all the time. I am very close to switching banks because of this poorly managed and poorly maintained app.

Absolute trash. Ongoing problems with the app have me ready to switch banks. The app will act as though you're a new device or strange number within days. You install, set everything up, and it works great. But in a few days you have to re enroll, enter everything, wait for a code sometimes. Not a small thing. I am reinstalling now. This is probably the 30th time this year. And only because I don't reinstall until I'm super mad. Bank acts like it's not their problem, like I'm being dramatic.

Like everyone else says, quick login rarely works. Constantly having to re enter credentials. I can work around that. My biggest complaint is when you pull up account activity the order of transactions are very random. There is no indexing to them that I can see. They will be moved around and In different order each time you open it. It's a very poorly designed app that it seems they have given up on. These problems have existed for the 2 years I've been using it.
