This is the only app of it's kind that I've encountered in years that doesn't allow fingerprint access. Oh, it's an option, it just doesn't let you use it. I was able to use it for about 5 days and then they did an update. Also I'm constantly having to re-register my phone to the app. Same phone, same wifi, same same. Update: they have no interest in improving this. Just don't bother.

Constantly displaying error message when logging in. Some days it works fine but at least one day out the week I can't log in and it tells me error. I definitely am tempted to switch banks because it seems like nobody is going to be fixing anything anytime soon. I've reached out before and didn't receive much help.

usually works great, but after the last upgrade, there have been a lot of issues with freezing and long times to log in. Some times the app will not allow me to log in at all. It may take several attempts after waiting several minutes and then it will be getting better. message will appear to try again later. some of the features will not work.
