I have multiple mobile banking apps and this by far is worst one that I have used.... EVERY SINGLE TIME I try logging on, it takes me through an update process and I have to confirm my identity. What a waste of time and the mobile app is not user friendly, nor is it safe to continue putting in my account information EVERY SINGLE TIME‼️

About a month ago, somehow immigrant disabled my ability to access my account and was unable to do so for about 3 weeks then I finally found out they changed my user name without telling me they took away all capital letters and made them small without telling me. Now that I'm in I have no access to anything like my account balance my interest rate. What my payment is gonna be. I'm unable to transfer money. I am unable to change my. Access information to enable zell so that I can transfer money

It is not letting me sign in from two different devices, keeps asking for updates or says that the server is unavailable. Is it happening to someone else?
