The App is very limited. The biometric function does not work. I have fingerprint enabled, but it no longer gives option to login with fingerprint. Everytime is says authentication required and you are forced to type userid and password. Check deposit via the app is useless, charges a fee per use, most mobile do not charge for this function. Seriously looking for new bank with better mobile banking app.

Loses fingerprint and login info periodically. A few times in the last year "data network unavailable" for over a week each time, no access at all. Plus, no updates or improvements since 2021? Do better. When it works, it works well, but these issues are really inconvenient especially when you live out of state (as I do now). Can't even change my address with the branch because they said I have to come in to do that. Really? How? Not travelling 1450 miles to do that. Kinda sad, really.
