Same problems as previous rater After entering the user name and password I know to be correct, I answered security question after security question (some of them kind of creepy) only to be told my user name or password is incorrect. Edit: apparently you must email the bank from the website to enroll in online and mobile banking and the app will not work until then. I did that and it works perfectly now.
Suggestion i want to be able to deposit my check via app
Cant log in I downloaded this app and it looks like the older version of it. I signed up for online banking and after stupid questions to sign in that I answer correctly it say invaild username/password, but when I go to the website I can log in with no problem. What is up with that? Im deleting this app. Its a waste of space at this moment. I also did write them a email stating my situation hopefully they can do something because its a pain going to the website
Aggrivating! App opens up in old style app. Downloaded the new app but it opens to the old green style. Won't let me log on. Asks asks asks questions over and over and over! I am deleting the app and seriously considering quiting this online banking!! :(
Love it! Love the new layout of the last update. It seems much easier to navigate!
