When I opened my account and first set up the app is was very difficult. It would not take my information. I had to go to the bank and the wonderful Ms. Nyla set it up for me. Since then I have had no issues. I like the app, just wish it gave a running total with each transaction.

Can Never log in to the app. every time I have to rest my password. and every time I reset the password it wants me to give thim the full binking account number, 95% of the time that I need to use this app, I'm out in the car doing stuff in town. Who the hell remembers the full banking account number off the top of their head? The only reason I give this app 2 stars instead of one is because I like the bank itself.

Susan and I opened a premier savings account. I called and talked to Erica Little,and she set up our savings account! Very friendly and helpful. Also, Justin Ellzey and the rest of the bank. We have had no issues with the app. We highly recommend this bank for your banking needs! We are from Oklahoma and we love this Arkansas bank. Great people, Great service, Great bank!! First Service Bank!!
