I never thought I'd consider leaving a bank that is otherwise wonderful over an app but that's where I'm at. I've been dealing with the app reseting my quick access for at least 3 years, any review that mentions it is promised they are "working on it". It's insane that 3 outta 5 logins I have to use my full information, give a one time code, add my number AGAIN, set up quick access, only to have to do it all again 2 hours later.

We regret the inconvenience; our team is constantly working on for a resolution since we became aware of the situation. We do rely on a third party developer and it is frustrating for us as well to not have a solution in place. Your patience is certainly appreciated.

Login credentials are forgotten every couple of days. when you log back in you have to re verify the device and add the phone number of the device that the verification code was just sent to. This seems redundant. Also, the app notifies you every time you open it, that you have been logged out, then notifies you that you need to log back in. It should not require a prompt. Biometric login is frequently forgotten after a few days as well. Not convenient, some have left first united due to this.

The app keeps resetting my quick log in pass key, making me re-sign in all over again every few days with my user name and password. It's not just annoying, it takes seven times longer to check my balance than it would if the quick log in key would just stay active and not act like I've never had it set up. The system will then ask me if I want to enroll my phone number as a way to verify my account, I've already done this 10 times and I'm getting frustrated. Please fix this issue.
