Can't login in and issue can't be resolved I changed my password several months ago and ever since then I have been able to login on my pc without any problem. However, this app tells me my user id or password is invalid. I've wasted hours with customer service with no resolution. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, even tried on someone else's phone. Guess I will be opening an account elsewhere. I waited months for resolution in the hopes that I could keep this account, because otherwise I really like it and it has the most convenient locations for me.
Asking for too much info I have never had a bank app that ask for all of your personal information to access my account. I thought username and password was good enough. But I guess not. I will not give up my card pin number to this app. What would they need my pin number for? That is my own personal information and should not be asked for on this app. No thanks

Typically I do not mind entering personal information for banking apps but the questions asked were way too in depth and too personal. And there were way too many questions being asked. Very invasive.
Garbage. Worst app Ive ever dealt with.
