First United App.. Very good I've had this app for years. I find it most useful for balancing my account. I've rarely had any problems with it and when I have, I've just called customer service and those friendly girls have helped me right out! The app only asks personal questions when you're setting it up or if there's an issue with security. That, for sure, is for your own protection and to keep other people from getting into your account. I don't mind this coming from my bank and have never had any problems because of it.
Asking for too much info I have never had a bank app that ask for all of your personal information to access my account. I thought username and password was good enough. But I guess not. I will not give up my card pin number to this app. What would they need my pin number for? That is my own personal information and should not be asked for on this app. No thanks
It won't up date my accout it won subtract my purchases

Typically I do not mind entering personal information for banking apps but the questions asked were way too in depth and too personal. And there were way too many questions being asked. Very invasive.
Garbage. Worst app Ive ever dealt with.
