The app keeps resetting my quick log in pass key, making me re-sign in all over again every few days with my user name and password. It's not just annoying, it takes seven times longer to check my balance than it would if the quick log in key would just stay active and not act like I've never had it set up. The system will then ask me if I want to enroll my phone number as a way to verify my account, I've already done this 10 times and I'm getting frustrated. Please fix this issue.

Phone app is pretty useful, but having a "+" button and a "More" button is confusing. I understand the difference being closer to the millennial generation, but my parents who are trying to learn this didn't realize they could use the plus button. Perhaps just making the + and more options, a single button would be more user-friendly?

Tried to make a payment but the card controls are locked and the page is blank. I can't even use my card. Fix your app, what is the point to have an app if you idiots can't keep it running flawlessly.
