You're forced to change password every 3 months... site fails on so many levels frequently.... it's a mess to deal with, calling and going through the steps to get logged back in, not a good website at all

This app is terrible. It won't acknowledge my passwords, changes my settings where I can't use my passcode and I am over this. Please fix this app so I can easily access my banking!

App is worthless, may as well just use the online banking. Never saves your ID. You have to re-enroll every time.
