FEB App works occasionally. For absolutely no reason, it will lock me out of my account. Even though my password hasn't changed, it tells me it is incorrect. When I attempt to create a new password, it tells me the "information doesn't match our files." WRONG! I definitely know my user name, account number and social security number. When I call the bank, no one seems to know why it has locked me out of my account. Terrible inefficient App.

I have spent over 2 hours trying to get access to mobile banking deposit. I have uninstall, reinstall, deleted and then add mobile banking excepted the terms and conditions and still get the same error message that I must except the damm terms and conditions. HOW FRUSTRATING!!

not set up to move everything from every account very glitchy definitely needs a lot of work
