Ratings and reviews

This is the least efficient bank app I've used. Requires multiple attempts with photos. You have to guess when the check is in the right place; no automatic capture. Didn't recognize my email address. Have to repeat each step 3-4 times but it finally worked. 3 stars because I live 80 miles from the nearest F&M now and I really need this app but it needs some work.

I install this app and use it for a week or two and then it has an, "error try again later" message. Trying again does no good. I will continue getting the error until I uninstall and re-install. Then it will last a week or two and the same thing happens again. So frustrating! Obviously the app is great when it's working, or I wouldn't keep trying. Love the bank. Love the service. The app sucks!

Terrible. Have to keep verifying my log in information constantly. Save everything and even do a biometric log in. Last a couple times then redo everything again. What's the point. It gets old quick and to the point where I'll change banks just not have to deal with it.
