Ratings and reviews

My first time with the app, so not very impressed. Ask me after I've used it for a while Used it for a while now, just basic functions. It works Update: used it for quite a while now, and it's functional for everything that I need. Update2: I use mobile check deposit several times per month. I never get a confirmation email. Not the app's fault I assume.

Personal banking. It's pretty decent, even though the app keeps forgetting settings like " remember my ID" and fingerprint login. However, the business app pretty much sucks, and that's due to the convoluted login process that requires three separate unique inputs (company ID, user ID, password).

The app is always taking one step forward and two steps back. Currently, the fingerprint login capability, fails about once a month with the only workaround being to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it working again for a while. UPDATE 4/2/24: After 18 months of frustration, the login issues may have been resolved, about 2 months now of not having to reinstall the app. Still unwieldy in places, but usable and actually useful. Upgrading to 2 stars with fingers crossed and breath held.
