Every time I try to enter my account, I am told I have to update the app (which says loading for minutes). When I restart my phone is when I am able to enter the app. Also, after doing my calculations, money is missing from my account. I will be looking for another bank (had issues with them in the past about missing money). I am getting tired of them.

This app is frustrating! When trying to log on it says it needs an update. It doesn't have an update so it lingers on "loading " forever. I had to delete this app and reinstall it several times. Even then it doesn't work most of the time. This has been going on long enough and nothings been done. Update: I've tried to pay my bills for 3 days on my phone and haven't been able to log in because of this downloading issue. Changing banks. Goodbye.

Your website and mobile app are both very difficult to use and I am not new to banking apps. I just now learned that I cannot count on using my Gmail account as filled in by my phone on your mobile app, although is there is nothing in your app to say that's a problem. Thank goodness you have human beings available although we had to wait half an hour to get one on the phone. This is not the first time we have struggled with your website and mobile app.
