Log in issues from day 1. Does not work with biometrics even tho it's an option. Glitchy logging in other ways.

HEY ODNB, DO YOU READ YOUR REVIEWS? This app is a nearly impossible to use. Updates take forever. It deactivates my user ID every time it updates, or sometimes just spontaneously. I am far from being tech illiterate. I have to call customer service to get the app working again every time I want to deposit a damn check. Play store always says this app is compatible with my phone, which is a Motorola Moto G 5G 2022. I would give -0- stars if possible, it sucks that bad.

ODNB is a 5 star bank, and I've updated my rating for this app from 3 to 4 stars. It may reach 5 stars as long as the app continues to function without further setbacks or glitches. Hopefully this trend will continue. It's been working very well since my last few reviews.
