50% of the time there something wrong if it's magically erasing all your Info for you to have to type It all in everytime or it's just takes forever loading right now mine is saying it needs to be updated but when I try to update it it freezes and just says loading. This app is a pos it's good when it works but to much bs just to be able to check ur accounts

I have to put my whole credentials every single time even though I have opted for the fingerprint. Back a few years ago it was good but it's been junk for years. I hate the log in process. We are way to advanced to be going through logging in everytime.

Almost every time I use the app I have to reenroll, which means reentering all of my information and resubmitting my phone number. The finger print sign on NEVER works. Please fix the app for use in Android. UPDATE: Please fix this app. It's 2023 - surely someone can get this thing to work. I just want to quickly check my account balance and I have to reenroll AGAIN!! Ahhh...
