This app is an insult to all of Concordia's customers. It is bad even by the rock bottom standard set by banking apps in general all of which are sub par. This one is the worst I have ever used. Even after the big update it still fails to signin everytime I use it and has to fall back sms. There are tons of apps developed by one person in their free time which fuction better, have a responsive UI and offer secure methods to signin that work consistently. There is just no excuse for this.

This is a fantastic bank for senior citizens with excellent customer service from the staff. I would love to see them on the red carpet receiving a Tony, Emmy, Oscar, and Grammy award for their exceptional service.

Half the time you have to uninstall & reinstall so you can use the fingerprint log in. It's only good for a few days then authentication required. Then you have to log in with password or do the reinstall again.
