Can never log in. Been like this for a while now. They need better management here. Always have to call bank to reset. Made me get a different account. My mom the only reason i have not canceled this bank. Garbage!

Half the time you have to uninstall & reinstall so you can use the fingerprint log in. It's only good for a few days then authentication required. Then you have to log in with password or do the reinstall again.

Like the app alot. Great controls that let you do what you need to do with out having to call or go into the bank
