this app lacks is just about every way. its limited to like a month of transactions and it is always resetting itself so that you have to re sign in with all credentials regularly. The transfer from account to account is the only positive thing I currently have for it.

This thing never works it always gives a network busy error no matter how many times you Uninstall and reinstall if your lucky you get one use out of it per reinstall. I have been with western nearly 20 years and now live 100s of miles from the nearest branch this really makes me wanna change banks. Be better if they didn't offer an app at this point.

This app crashes all the time or tells me that the 'network failed' and it never opens. I have to delete it and reinstall it multiple times a week!
