love going to my app. And getting what I need . Its fast and friendly just like all the people working there. But there's sometimes I can't drive there. So my app takes great care of me.

This thing never works it always gives a network busy error no matter how many times you Uninstall and reinstall if your lucky you get one use out of it per reinstall. I have been with western nearly 20 years and now live 100s of miles from the nearest branch this really makes me wanna change banks. Be better if they didn't offer an app at this point.

It gives me my balance without any problems.
