Ratings and reviews

App is very convenient WHEN it is working. Which is not very often. It will work great for awhile and all of a sudden it will stop accepting my finger print or password and/or I get a message that system is not available. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Very aggravating.

Most of the updates have helped except I can't change my password. There should be a step on the app where you can do that by answering a security question or with your thumb print. Other than that I'd give a 5 ⭐ rating.

This app is getting a low rating because it is so temperamental making a lot of authentication and calls to the It staff for assistance. It's most common fix is to Uninstall and reinstall it . What a pain it can be!
