Completely useless app, useless bank, why have a mobile app if it doesn't work half the time and when it does work all you can do is just view your balance? That's it. Zelle is broken, you can't transfer to an external account... don't waste your time, this one needs a ton of work.

it's super basic. its useful for mobile check deposit and checking your balance and seeing your transaction. basically all the important stuff but lacks any of the advanced features you'd get from a larger institution. it annoys me to no end they disabled cap lock use on log in screen

Will not update! Loops me back and forth between update required to downloading updates. After 20 minutes, I feel it should have updated! To be clear, I don't plan on continuing to bank here if your mobile app continues to malfunction.
