Ratings and reviews

This app is absolutely garbage. The old app was decent. The new one my bank is using can't remember anything. You always have to reenter your phone number to "enroll" and just waste so much time to just check any account. Really, this app is a waste of time and is beyond frustrating. There are still plenty of days where it won't even let me log in.

Constantly issues come up. Random updates that never have a common way to update. Server busy, retry later, constant log out, pass code never stays activated etc... it's a very inconvenient "convenience:

Why bother with having a passcode when you constantly have to "re-enroll". This past week, I have been unable to use the passcode. Constantly having a message saying we are unable to verify your device. Annoying
