horrible software, I can only login once per day, biometrics almost never works, and then it starts giving me errors during use. the app is very buggy on Android and they need to seriously hire a good software developer to make a usable app on Android.

Definitely the worst banking app I have ever used. Biometric login doesn't work, password managers are somehow blocked, even Samsung pass won't work. I literally have to type in my sign in info every time. Sometimes It lets me copy and paste my info but most times it doesn't. It's definitely outdated. If it was my main bank account I would have closed it a long time ago!

Honestly? I've called a few times to have things reset, because it doesn't always recognize the acct or pw that I've had since DAY 1 OF MOVING TO LA 5 YEARS AGO. The app itself works probably only half the time, when it works, it's great, though! Had to uninstall the app and reinstall to get it to work, again.
