Same issues as everyone else. I have to uninstall the app and re-download it to even log in. This wasn't a problem a few years ago but I've had this issue for about a year and then some and it's still happening. It's a definite shame because some of us need to utilize the mobile apps. Hopefully it gets fixed soon otherwise I'll just have to start using a different bank that doesn't have this issue. And that makes me kind of sad.

Worst banking app i have. the amount of times I have to change my password makes it seem like I am always locked out of my account.

Will randomly lock you out to where you have to call in and have it fixed from customer service
